New Website: IWMC invites you to visit Sturgeon Stewardship Council (SSC) website at www.sturgeoncouncil.org - The SSC encourages consumers to continue eating caviar. But they should make every effort to ensure that the caviar they buy is legal. The SSC is planning to make this easier through a system of verification and labelling.
