Makoto Ito is Secretary of the Japan Whaling Association (JWA) and the Riches of the Sea. He worked in the fishing industry in Japan for more than 20 years before joining JWA. The Riches of the Sea is an umbrella organization composed of 27 organizations from the fishing and fish-trading industries and from consumer organizations in Japan. |
