Biography
Mr . Thorir Ibsen is a Counsellor at the
Foreign Ministry of Iceland working in the Department of Natural Resources and
Environmental Affairs. Previous offices include Counsellor for Environment,
Energy and Industry in the Icelandic Mission to the European Union; Head of
International Affairs Division of the Icelandic Ministry of the Environment; and
Policy Adviser for the Ministry of the Environment.
