Inuit Tapirisat of Canada


Biography

Scot Nickels works for the Inuit Tapirisat of Canada. He has taught in the Department of Geography, McGill and Concordia Universities. He has conducted research on behalf of the Algonquins of Barriere Lake. He was research biologist investigating the habitat of the Eastern Arctic Bowhead whale in Iqaliqtuuq (Isabella Bay) near Clyde River, Baffin Island as well as research on the Churchill, Manitoba habitat for Snow Geese.
