Biography
Dr Sergei Nikonorov is Deputy Chairman of the
Inter Agencies Ichthyological Commission and Deputy Chairman of the CITES
Scientific Authority for the Russian Federation. A graduate of the Moscow State
University, Dr Nikonorov has a Ph. D. in Biology and holds a Doctor of Science
degree. He was a Academician in the Russian Academy of Ecology.
