Apart from serving as aquaculture feed additive, the oil is refined further to produce fully-refined oil or so called " DHA oil ". The product is beneficial to the functioning of brain, eye and nervous system in human body. And we could widespread apply the oil to be used as nutritive food applications for infant formula and other functional foods. DHA powder and calcium phosphate are produced to be applicable for food fortified products such as yogurt, milk, soft drink and to be mixed in all kind of bread. And those could be claimed as specialty type of product.

Nutritional offers: - Facilitate the normal growth, development and function of the central nervous system; - Incorporated into membrane lipids of brain, nerves, and eyes; - Effective in reducing blood pressure and cholesterol level.

The FAO/WHO report "Fats and Oils in Human Nutrition" (1995) states that infant formulas should contain approximately 40mg DHA/kg of infant body weight.

Conclusion

From our initial to the last step of operations, you will see some picture of our effort to best develop and fully utilize our tuna by-products, creating them into higher nutritious application to serve mainly aquaculture and food industries. And we hope this will be one fine sample of the enterprise that works cohesively to get the best out of its by-products, which if just cast away can cause ill effects on the surrounding environment. Given that we do it with all respect to sustainable use and development, and naturally promoting the quality of life.
