Biography
Dr. Obdulio Menghi, born in Buenos Aires,
Argentina, is a biologist with post-degrees at the Geneva University and in
several other European Universities. He is former Scientific-Coordinator and
Head of the Scientific Unit of the CITES Secretariat and currently serves as
Adviser to the CITES Management Authority of Argentina.
