Biography

Mr. Biao Lu has worked from 1968 to 1980 in the Chemical Industry Department of Sichuan Provincial Government. From 1980-1992, he worked in the Medicine Administrative Department of Sichuan Provincial Government; General Manager of the Medicine Development Company of Sichuan Province and since 1993, he has been active in the Sichuan Institute of Musk Deer Breeding as Director.
