International whaling body seeks new members to
join either as majority or minority partners.

Benefits to majority partners include:

  • Lowest possible fees
  • Free political alliances with wealthy countries
  • A guarantee to look tough on environmental issues once a year without having to make any actual sacrifices
  • No requirements to support the rules of the organization. Flouting rules is encouraged.
  • Extra free deals with radical NGOs

Benefits to minority partners include:

  • Loss of sovereign rights
  • A monopoly in the production of scientific data
  • Opportunities to witness political skullduggery
  • Misrepresentation and receipt of insults on a range of issues
  • Accusations of bribery whenever voting against the majority

Apply to the U.S. Department of State with Instrument of Adherence.
Minority applicants may experience delays before accession.
